Membership is the heart of any volunteer organization, and without members there would be no volunteer fire department, rescue squad or EMS to serve the local community. Triple Community Fire Department is proud to have a dedicated group of volunteers who risk their personal safety and lives every day to help their neighbors in times of need. You too can become a valuable member of our department and experience the joy of knowing you are helping others. It will take hard work, dedication and continuous training, but the reward of giving something back to your community will be well worth the effort!

 
Membership minimum requirements include:
 
·         current resident of the Triple Community Fire Protection District or within a mile and a half of the district line                                     
 
·         at least eighteen (18) years of age
 
·         valid NC driver's license


 
Our department also has a Junior Firefighter Program for those individuals who are 14, 15, 16 or 17 years old and are interested in the fire service and becoming a full member at age 18.
 


If you are interested in joining our department to serve as a volunteer firefighter and you meet the minimum requirements, you may come by the department for an application packet Monday-Friday from 8 AM-5 PM excluding holidays or during our regular scheduled departmental meetings on the second and fourth Mondays of each month at 6:30 PM.
